Plant Guarantee for refund and replacement

We guarantee that our plants are in good health before being shipped and packaging in good condition but in case the plants arrive in bad condition or being damaged, please take photos and inform us within 24 hours after the arrival. For both international and domestic order, the plants are guaranteed for 100% replacement (variety depending on availability).

This guarantee applies only to trees. It does not include labour, delivery fees, and additional materials, which are an added charge. This guarantee does not apply to any losses due to damage caused by customs or phytosanitary inspectors/ excessive delay in customs/ Failed delivery due to improper address information.

For domestic order, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for other plant that have the same value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 3 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
