Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped with a phytosanitary certificate included (it is required for customs clearance in each country). Please keep in mind that this is a live plant while it’s in transit (being mailed) the leaves may be a bit browning or dropping in common.
Delivery Time
We will generally process your order within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. After prepared the plant and completed packing, an express shipping via air courier to the US takes more 5-8 business days.
How we package your plant?
We try our best to deliver plants to you in good condition. Plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in moist medium (sphagnum moss), placed in a plastic bag and sealed with plastic tape so that the roots remain moist during transit. The plants are then wrapped in paper, and placed snuggly in a box that is packed with additional loose paper so that the plants are secure. We pack your package with great efforts & insulation to avoid being damaged by cold weather and ensure the plants will be delivered to you in good shape & condition.
